Verifiable

losses due to wrongful detention are put at 21,000 but for

quick settlement they would accept without prejudice of

Legal rights £10,000 provided 2. Delivery in Hong Kong

harbour is effected within one month viz before 20th April

free of all charges.

equipment in good order, the latter to be subject to

inspection in dock by independent British and Japanese

surveyors and damages to be made good by the Japanese
